“How often does one find a skilled physical therapist who is also an awesome personal trainer? I have been seeing Anna regularly for at least a year, initially for PT connected with shoulder and knee injuries. With her help, my body healed without surgery and I progressed to personal training and strengthening exercises. I am fitter now (in my 60's) than I've been in a very long time! She is truly a pleasure to work with, and I love her ability to adjust the routine to suit whatever may be going on with my body.
